Legal Information and Acceptance

These provisions govern the use of the Internet portal service (hereinafter, the "Portal") provided by Mariana Degener Events (hereinafter, "Mariana Degener Events") to Internet users.

Access to the website is free, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the Internet service provider contracted by the users. Certain services are exclusive to our clients and access is restricted. Event organization, consulting, decoration, and other services provided by Mariana Degener Events are charged according to the corresponding professional service proposal and are never offered or provided through the Portal.

Use of the Portal grants the status of Portal user (hereinafter, the "User") and implies acceptance of all conditions set out in this Legal Notice. The Portal service is limited to the time the User is connected to the Portal or any of the services provided through it. Therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice each time they intend to use the Portal, as it and its terms of use may be modified.

Some Portal services, accessible to Internet users or exclusive to Mariana Degener Events clients, may be subject to specific conditions, regulations, and instructions which, where applicable, replace, supplement, and/or modify this Legal Notice and must be accepted by the User before the corresponding service is provided.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the Portal, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, audiovisual or audio content, as well as graphic design and source code (hereinafter, "Content"), is the intellectual property of Mariana Degener Events or third parties. No rights of exploitation recognized under current intellectual property law are transferred to the User, except those strictly necessary for using the Portal.

Trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs are owned by Mariana Degener Events or third parties, and access to the Portal does not confer any rights over these trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs.

Portal Terms of Use

General

The User agrees to use the Portal in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to Mariana Degener Events or third parties for any damages resulting from failure to comply with this obligation.

Use of the Portal for purposes harmful to the assets or interests of Mariana Degener Events or third parties, or that in any way overload, damage, or render unusable the networks, servers, or other IT equipment (hardware) or software of Mariana Degener Events or third parties, is expressly prohibited.

Content

The User agrees to use the Content in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice, as well as other applicable conditions, regulations, and instructions. By way of example, and under current legislation, the User must refrain from:

a) Reproducing, copying, distributing, making publicly available, communicating, transforming, or modifying the Content except where authorized by law or expressly permitted by Mariana Degener Events or the rights holder.

b) Reproducing or copying for private use Content considered software or databases under intellectual property law, as well as public communication or making available to third parties when such acts necessarily involve reproduction by the User or a third party.

c) Extracting and/or reusing all or a substantial part of the Portal's Content or databases made available by Mariana Degener Events.

Data Collection Forms

Subject to the Privacy Policy accessible through the Portal, use of certain services or requests directed to Mariana Degener Events may require prior completion of the corresponding User registration.

All information provided by the User through Portal forms must be truthful. The User guarantees the authenticity of the data provided and will keep it up to date to reflect their actual situation. The User is solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements and any resulting damages to Mariana Degener Events or third parties.

Linking to the Portal

Internet users wishing to link from their own websites to the Portal must comply with the following conditions:

a) Links may only point to the Portal's homepage and cannot reproduce it in any way (inline links, text, graphics, etc.).

b) Frames of any kind that enclose the Portal or allow Content to be displayed through other URLs are prohibited if they: (I) cause confusion about the source; (II) create unfair comparison or imitation; (III) exploit Mariana Degener Events' brand or reputation; or (IV) violate applicable law.

c) No false or misleading statements about Mariana Degener Events, its partners, employees, clients, or services may be made.

d) No statement may imply Mariana Degener Events has consented, sponsored, verified, or supervises the linking party.

e) The use of Mariana Degener Events trademarks or distinctive signs on the linking page is prohibited unless permitted by law or expressly authorized.

f) The linking page must comply with the law and may not include illegal, harmful, or immoral content; content that misleads Users into believing Mariana Degener Events endorses the linking site; or content inappropriate to Mariana Degener Events' activities.

Regarding Information

Access to the Portal does not obligate Mariana Degener Events to verify the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided. Content is general and does not constitute legal or tax advice. Mariana Degener Events is not responsible for decisions made based on Portal information or any resulting damages.

Regarding Service Quality

Access to the Portal does not imply Mariana Degener Events guarantees the absence of viruses or harmful software. Users are responsible for virus detection and removal. Mariana Degener Events is not liable for damages to User or third-party devices.

Regarding Service Availability

The Portal relies on third-party services, including telecommunications networks, whose reliability and functioning are not Mariana Degener Events' responsibility. Services may be suspended or interrupted. Mariana Degener Events is not liable for damages caused by such disruptions.

Regarding Linked Sites

The Portal may include links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). Mariana Degener Events acts as an intermediary service provider and is only responsible for Linked Site content if aware of its illegality and fails to disable the link diligently. Presence of links does not imply endorsement. Mariana Degener Events is not responsible for damages arising from illegal, low-quality, outdated, unavailable, or erroneous Linked Site content.

Reporting Illegal or Inappropriate Activities

Users who become aware of Linked Sites with illegal, harmful, offensive, violent, or immoral content may contact Mariana Degener Events providing:

a) Their personal information (name, address, phone, email);
b) Description of the illegal or inappropriate acts;
c) In case of rights violations, personal information of the rights holder, proof of rights, and representation if acting on behalf of another;
d) Declaration that the information is accurate.

Receipt of such reports does not imply effective knowledge of the activities or content.

This Legal Notice is governed in all respects by Spanish law.
