Full Planning
For those who would like to enjoy the journey while having every detail taken care of.
From the first ideas to the final moment of the event, we are involved throughout the entire planning process, helping you choose the right venue and suppliers, negotiating, managing logistics, refining the details and being there whenever a decision needs to be made. We work closely with you to understand your vision and bring it together in a way that feels natural, personal and cohesive. On the day itself, our team is there to oversee every detail, coordinate suppliers and manage the flow of the event, so that everything feels effortless and you can simply enjoy it.
Event Coordination
For those who have planned their event themselves and simply want a professional to take over closer to the day.
Around a week before the event, we step into the project, connect with all the suppliers already booked, review the planning and timelines, and make sure everyone is aligned. On the day, we coordinate the different teams and logistics, oversee the schedule and take care of any details behind the scenes, allowing everything to run smoothly and naturally.
Event Consulting
For those who already have someone at the venue or on their team to coordinate the event, but would like professional guidance throughout the planning process.
We work alongside you as a consultant, helping you select suppliers, reviewing proposals, sharing our recommendations and experience, and being there to guide you through the decisions along the way. You remain in charge of the planning and the day itself, while we provide the perspective and expertise to help bring everything together.

Final Walkthrough — We confirm every detail, timeline, and contingency before the big day arrives.
Wedding Day Execution — Our team runs the full day on-site, so you're never managing anything but the moment itself.

We recommend reaching out at least 12–18 months before your wedding date, especially for peak season. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible — reach out and we'll let you know.Do you handle destination weddings?
